How to practice Unification
The basic instruction in Unification is:
Love. Love with all your heart. Only love.
No matter how you love and where you direct your love — or whether you just love, without directing your love to any particular “destination” — the important thing is to love sincerely and feel it truly. Get in touch with love as you know it from your own experience, and love with your whole heart and mind.
Join the World Unification Team
The World Unification Team is a grassroots movement that hopes to inspire people all over the world to add their love to the chain, and their passion to the cause of love.
During our meetings, we practice Unification meditation and speak about our experience of loving. We welcome everyone to join us, regardless of religion, cultural background or anything else that tends to divide humanity. We are here to unify!
When we practice Unification, we simply love and Love works through us, uplifting the beloved and the lover alike. Even if its results are not obvious at first, you can be sure that the power of love ignited in your heart will benefit all. Progressively, Love works to undo our sense of separation and bring us to its ultimate fulfillment – realization of Unity with all of life. Click here for a longer description of the practice.
